Newly Renovated Home near Gunnersbury Park!

Hi there!

My name’s Imi, and myself and my other housemate are looking for two new people to join us in our newly renovated home, just a short walk from Gunnersbury Park and Acton Town station!

We’re both working professionals looking for friendly, warm, clean and respectful housemates who are looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to call home. We enjoy having a friendly atmosphere in the house — while we mostly do our own thing day-to-day, it’s always nice catching up in the communal areas.

The house has recently been renovated and is looking great, with just a couple of finishing touches still being completed. Everything should be fully ready around the start of June.

We also have a resident cat who belongs to me. She’s very shy and tends to keep to herself, usually staying in my room or out in the garden, so while you may not see her much, she’s a lovely quiet addition to the house.

The location is super convenient and we’re around a 6-minute walk from Acton Town station, which is on both the Piccadilly and District lines, giving excellent transport links into central London and surrounding areas. Gunnersbury Park is also nearby, which is perfect for walks, runs, or just enjoying some green space.

Bills are not included and typically range between:

* Summer: approximately £70-80 per month
* Winter: approximately £110–£150 per month

These takes into consideration, water, WiFi, council tax and gas/electric.

Room 1- £1000 a month as it is the largest room in the house and has a toilet and shower directly opposite it on the ground floor.

Room 2- £950, slightly smaller upstairs and has a separate WC next to it with the shower/bath to its left also sharing with 2 girls.

The bills do vary depending on usage, but we like to be transparent about expected costs.
