We have a lovely and light double bedroom available. The room overlooks our garden on a quiet residential street in Stoke Newington. Our flat is recently renovated with a large sitting room, garden, brand new bathrooms and modern kitchen.
Two very friendly females currently live in the flat from the UK and Australia. We would like someone that views it as a home preferably on a long term basis.
TRANSPORT
Rectory Road, Stoke Newington and Clapton station are all less than a 10 minute walk away.
You will be in Liverpool Street station in less than 15 minutes from either Rectory Road or Clapton station providing easy access for City workers.
There is also a 15 minute bus journey from just outside our flat to Finsbury Park station which connects you to the Piccadilly and Victoria line.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Stoke Newington, Church Street (10 minutes) and Clapton, Chatsworth Road (15 minutes) are both a short walk away and have a huge number of cafes, restaurants, bars, independent shops and pubs so you will never be bored, hungry or thirsty!
