2 Double rooms in a 2 bed flat ready to rent! My lovely tenants are leaving soon and I (the landlady) is looking for 2 new tenants (either a couple of friends or 2 single persons) to take them. The flat will be totally CLEANED before the new tenants move in.

The flat is on the top floor of a period block and it's strategically located between Hackney, Dalston and London Fields.

The almost identical ROOMS are furnished with a double bed and a spacious 3 door wardrobe, a desk and are a comfortable size.

The LIVING ROOM is a lovely, spacious and bright space to gather in. It includes a sofa, a dining table that seats six people, a library and a smart TV for a chilled evening at home. There is a nice view through the baywindow of a big tree and the sky. Many tenants have liked sharing this space with other people to watch a movie, dine together or just having a chat.

The KITCHEN is cosy and equipped with accessories for cooking, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer and enough storage space. There is a separate TOILET and BATHROOM with shower that makes it practical to share the flat with someone else with f. e. the possibility to use the toilet while one is taking a shower.

The flat includes:

- Boiler (checked each year and gas safe certificated)

Unfortunately the room is not suitable for couples and wheelchair users as the building is on stepped levels and smoking is not allowed in the flat.
