Short term let from Nov 1st - mid Jan. Room in friendly, peaceful, 4 bed Victorian house sharing with 3 others, including live-in landlord.

Spacious kitchen/diner, separate utility/laundry area. One bathroom with shower and bath, possibly more suitable for a male lodger.

Lovely bay window overlooking the garden.

It is a medium sized room, (3.74m x 3.15m) (check out before viewing) - quiet & peaceful.

Fully furnished - refurbished & insulated (new walls and ceiling) less than 3 years ago.

Location: The house is on a quiet, residential tree lined street, There is an abundance of shops, pubs, cinemas, places to eat, markets and green spaces including the River Lea and Hackney Marshes within walking distance.

We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves in the kitchen, and would share the responsibility of taking care of shared spaces and your own room in the house.

It is important you are tidy, sociable, respectful and chilled.

The move-in date is the end of October / beginning Nov.
