We have a LOFT room short let of 4 months in our very large 8-bedroom house. The house is on Goulton Road, off Lower Clapton Road in E5 a very quiet one-way street. Buses, the train station, and Mare Street shopping areas are just a couple of minutes' walking distance away. The house is NON-SMOKING and DRUGS FREE and we insist people who apply for the room are non-smokers and are not taking drugs.

There is a front and back garden. Eight bedrooms are situated on three levels, 2-4-2, one large kitchen, three bathrooms, utility, living room, small workshop, attic seating, garden bicycle canopy, and a patio. 24h wireless internet, the fastest Virgin can provide. Heating and hot water all the time on.
The available room is in the attic on the third floor, garden side.
