Plenty of books to read on the sofa with lots of natural light coming through the bay windows. Large TV also has a GoogleChrome cast and cabling to be used as a larger monitor.

Shared living room along with upstairs and downstairs bathroom/toilet.

You’ll be living with film maker, graphic designer, counsellor, journalist, EDI Manager for Climb UK.

We’re from Spain, Wales, Scotland and England. Speaking French, Spanish, English, and BSL.

Very queer friendly household. Attending Joyride, Butch Please, Queer Country, and many other events IYKYK.

We previously had a cat so this place is well set to welcome another furry friend to the homestead. With a cat flap already fitted and a very cat friendly group of housemates who would love a new fur ball to dote on. BRING YOUR CAT!!!!

There is a garden with side door access which makes it easy to lock a bike. With plenty of space to sit and relax in the sun trap external space.

5 minutes from Clapton Overground Station, supermarkets and world food store and most importantly the local pubs are The Crooked Billet and The Clapton Hart; 18 minutes to Stoke Newington, 7 minutes to Hackney Downs Park. 30 mins cycle from central London along a nice route (Quiet Way number 2).
