Two rooms in London Fields flatshare

Hello! We have a lovely room available in our three-bed split level flat in London Fields, from 1st November. + another room for sublet for the next two weeks. (please reference which you are messaging about)

We're two corporate professionals in our mid-late twenties working in media/publishing. I'd say we're quite a calm, quiet flat and generally just looking for someone who is lovely, clean, and tidy.

Audie loves her gym, cooking, Broadway market walks, and I love my yoga, coffee, and also pottering about London Fields.

Rent is £1230 + bills. Council tax band c.

Our landlord is brilliant - he lives in New York so any comms/issues are dealt with via the building manager who looks after our flat and the one above (the landlord's).

The apartment itself is split-level, with the first two rooms, open-plan space (kitchen, dining table, living room) being upstairs, and the third room (ensuite) downstairs, along with the main bathroom. The main bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a gorgeous tub.
