THE FLAT
Big balcony, great natural light, dishwasher, good insulation, hot shower and full bath, fast internet. It's a nice place to actually live in.

Cover broadband, water, council tax (Band D) and TV licence - Electricity varies depending on time of year.

THE AREA
Right on Springfield Park by the canal, walking distance to Chatsworth Road and Clapton station, with the Marshes on your doorstep. Hackney Wick/Stratford is a 20-min bike ride. Loads of overground and bus connections, with a real village feel.

THE VIBE
I love cooking and hosting, work a mixed freelance schedule (sometimes from home), and do a couple of self-tapes a week — so you may occasionally catch me being dramatic to a camera in the living room. Very chill otherwise. Looking for someone clean, tidy, sociable but not party-mad. No drama is the goal.
