AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER. Newly renovated double room in my flat in Hackney (closest station Hackney Central, 5 mins walk ish, then London Fields, Homerton and Lower Clapton are super close) and have a lovely and bright spare room + private bathroom.

Looking for someone to move in, ideally a professional who is easy-going, respectful of the space and clean/tidy. It’s lovely and quiet here and not a party flat. Fully furnished and there’s lots of storage in the wardrobe and under the bed. Gyms close and lots of shops/restaurants/bars/pubs.
Annoyingly bikes are a problem as there’s nowhere to keep them, so ideally bike free or you can apply for a spot in a lock up on a nearby road. Also won’t need to be tied to a contract, just need a refundable deposit and 2 months notice.
