--- Short let until end of March 2027 ---
I'm moving out to nest into a house of my own and I'm leaving behind this gorgeous double in the best possible location.
Please know the landlord is planning to move back next year, so this is a short let until the end of the tenancy on 31 March 2027.
The room has lots of character, with wooden floors and large windows, and is surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to Mare Street and the overground. It's on the middle floor of a three storey Victoria house, with a shared living room, a kitchen on the lower ground floor, a small balcony that gets all the sunshine during the day, and a back garden perfect for bird, cat and fox watching from the kitchen windows.
The room comes partly furnished with bed, small chest of drawers, wooden cabinet and built-in wardrobe.
You’d be sharing with other four people: Tim, Isabelle, Bea and Chase, plus a lovely cat called Cleo. They’re all in their 40s (except for Cleo, she's only 2!), all super nice and chilled. One of them works as a head baker in a popular East London bakery, which means we have a quite hours rule in the evenings, but also an endless supply of delicious fresh sourdough bread!
The household is ideal for someone considerate and respectful of others.
Rent is £825/month all in, a real bargain this area and the size of the room.
