3-month room in bright and modern Hackney flat

THE FLAT:
It’s a real gem! Inside the Textile Building which was once a Burberry warehouse.
It has high ceilings, natural light, and views of London through floor to ceiling south facing crittall windows in the living room.
There’s under floor heating too.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with me.
There’s a big TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney + etc.
The flat comes fully furnished, including kitchenware.
The double bedroom is private (other side of the apartment to my bedroom) and has a lovely desk and shelves and a very comfy bed. Good storage too.
The balcony is the full length of the flat and gets afternoon and evening sun.
The building has a concierge and bike storage.

THE LOCATION:
An ideal location in Hackney Central, on a quiet street.
In any direction and you’ll find nice pubs, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops, 2 big Tescos and more.
There’s an abundance of nature on the doorstep, from a church park right outside, Victoria Park and London Fields are both a 10 minute stroll and Hackney Downs nearby too.
It’s well connected- a short walk from Hackney Central Overground, close to Hackney Downs Station, and lots of bus routes too.

THE SITUATION:
My cousin just moved out so I’m looking for someone new to live with until mid-May. I’m 30, lived in London for 7 years and work for a Tech for Good startup from the office 3-4 days a week.
My hobbies include: live music, theatre, restaurants, yoga, pilates.
I am very sociable and have friends round once in a while, but mostly socialise out and about.
I would love a friendly and social person to have a nice chat with, not just a flatmate.
Ideally you’re a professional womxn / NB person who also does hybrid office or works fully out of the flat. I really love this space and want to find someone who respects it too.
I own the place so will be a live-in landlord.
