Hey everyone! I’ve got a really nice double room available in Clapton/ Stoke Newy area. Comes with an en-suite bathroom and leads straight out into the garden. It comes furnished which includes a double bed, mattress, desk and chair, and lamps. 5 mins from Tesco express, Clapton and Rectory Road overground stations. 15 mins walk to Stoke Newington.

Contract is 12 months/ rolling. Council Tax band C. Bills are approx. £80 each for everything including council tax, water, wifi, gas and electricity.

We’re looking for people that can share our home with us, enjoy a cheeky glass of wine, and go out in Hackney if you’re up for it :) We’re definitely looking for an LGBTQ friendly home environment.

My housemates are both moving out after finishing their masters so looking for a young professional couple to join us! Would be great to have chilled housemates to go to the pub with, watch tv, and explore hackney. Obviously after clean and tidy housemates that respect everyone’s shared space.

I’m 26, finished my masters, and working for the department for the environment in Westminster. I am in the office 4 days a week. I went to school with my other housemate, Rob, who works in software development in the city.
