Large garden room in family home available for either short-term (2-4 full weeks) or Mon-Friday ongoing. This is because we are not looking for a permanent lodger, but welcome short flexible stays.

You will have the large ground-floor room. There's a toilet and shower room next door, and the only other room on the ground floor is a garage, so the room is quiet and private. The kitchen and family living room are on the first floor, and 3 family bedrooms are on the second floor.

Rather than a permanent tenant, the room is suitable for someone needing a temporary base e. g. 2-4 full weeks, or commuting to London wanting a comfortable base during the week on an ongoing basis. This is a family home of 1 adult and 2 children.

The property is in a fantastic location, on a peaceful private road with no through traffic, within a popular modernist estate. There's private access to the canal, for a beautiful short walk to Victoria Park (0.1 miles) and Broadway Market (0.5 miles), with excellent pubs, cafés and shops.

Transport: Bus routes to the city and many other destinations from the end of the road. 6 minute walk to overland (Cambridge Heath) or 12 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube for the central line.

Rent tbc depending on tenure, indicatively £55-£65 per night, including all bills.
