A bit about us: we’re just a small family both working and studying so we could use a lodger for some financial assistance. My brother is downstairs has his own bathroom and works more than 12hrs a day so he’ll barely be home, whilst tenant will be upstairs with females, sharing toilet with females only.

Ideal Tenant:

• Preferably someone who does not consume haram meat, alcohol, or smoke
(but if they do; smoking allowed on the balcony, haram meat in private cupboard space)
• Tenant will have their own space in the fridge for storing halal items
• Clean, respectful, and responsible
