Lovely room in sunny flat on Clapton Square

Our lovely flatmate Katie is moving out as shes got her own place and we're looking for somebody to take over her beautifully sunny room in Lower Clapton.

The room is spacious, with high cielings and a victorian fire place as a feature. You’ll be living with myself and Hannah. I work in music and Hannah works in an art gallery. We sometimes work from home one day a week, but generally we're out of the house.

The house is a 5-minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground. Apart from the small green on Clapton Square, the flat is a short walk from the Marshes and 3mins from Hackney Downs park. The flat is a great place to be, as we’re close to a lot of pubs, bars and cafes. We also have access to the roof for *hopefully* those scorching summer days.

We’re a LGBTQ friendly home, and as it’s cosy we’re looking for a flatmate who would enjoy having dinner together every now and then, although we're also respect of each other’s spaces. We’ll be arranging viewings in the next week. The room is unfurnished (the wide mid centry chest is up for sale fyi) and priced at £960 pcm + bills.
