✨ Double Room in Lower Clapton ✨

We're looking for somebody lovely to take over our flatmate's room in Lower Clapton from 1st August as she's moving in with her partner 💛

The room is spacious and full of character, with high ceilings and a beautiful Victorian fireplace as a feature. You'll be living with me and Françoise - I work in music, and Françoise works in fashion/interior design. We occasionally work from home, but we're generally out and about during the week.

We're in a great location, with the house being a 7 minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs Overground. The flat overlooks the gorgeous Clapton Square, and we're a short stroll from Hackney Downs Park and the Marshes, and Chatsworth Rd. We also have access to the roof for those *hopefully* warm summer evenings 🌞

The vibe at home is friendly, relaxed and respectful. We're a POC and LGBTQ+ friendly household and enjoy the occasional dinner together, a glass of wine after work, or having friends over for dinner and drinks every now and then. We're sociable but independent, and while we love a cosy home atmosphere, it's definitely not a party flat.

One thing that's really important to us is cleanliness. We're looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and cleans up after themselves. We all put effort into keeping the flat feeling calm, clean and nice to come home to.

As both of us are generally out during the week, we're ideally looking for someone who works from an office most of the time rather than being fully remote.

We'll be arranging viewings on Tuesday and Sunday evening.

The room is unfurnished and priced at £1,064 pcm + bills.
