Bright double room in Hackney townhouse

We have a double room in a beautiful four story townhouse, a short walk away from Victoria park and London Fields.

The room comes furnished (mattress, bed frame and a table) and a has a lovely view onto a quaint park across the road.

There is a bright and warm living room, a very large kitchen with plenty of storage space, round dinner table and a huge garden with plenty of space for alfresco dining or a bit of yoga in the warmer months.

We are a friendly bunch mixture of queer & straight, who are just as happy having a catch up in the kitchen, chilling in the garden, having the odd movie night on the sofa or all hunkering down in our rooms on a cold night. We’ve all got busy lives and things going on too.

We are looking for someone who is chill, clean, considerate and easy going, happy to have a nice chat and to share household responsibilities.

Well street is a 3 min walk away and has all you need for getting groceries and supplies (big Tesco & corner shops), coffee & restaurants (Shankeys, La Camionera, Huong and plenty of takeaways), charity shops and many vintage furniture shops if you want to add something to the room. Kristina Records is also minutes away for music lovers.

Victoria park and Well street common are just around the corner, with Kit Crawley gardens just opposite the house in addition to the huge garden, so it's pretty leafy around here.

Move in date is in the beginning of November, when exactly to be discussed but no more than the 5th. Rent is paid on the 15th of each month. I deal with the rent all the bills myself so it's easy for everyone. The house is rented as a whole and not by the room so you'll be on the contract. There's a £50 fee for changing names that will be covered by the new tenant.
