Short let for a double bed room in 3-bed flat in London Fields E9, available 19 November until February (flexible on the date). Rent is £1000 for room+wifi. Other bills not included

Looking for someone to replace me while I’m away for a few months! Could be a dream opportunity to kickstart your London life, or have a place to stay in between two moves 😌

THE FLAT
The flat itself is super spacious with a big living room and fully equipped kitchen incl. washing machine & dishwasher. There's a wrap-around balcony and a rooftop with a really cute view across all of London! Our road doesn't go anywhere, so there's no traffic noise and it's really quiet :) On-street parking is available with a permit from the council!

THE ROOM
The room is very bright (you won't need the lights on even on the darkest days). It has a good size and comes with extra storage space just outside of the room. Bathroom is only shared with JC - Tom has his own.

THE LOCATION
The flat is only a 5 minute walk from London Fields station (Weaver Line), 5 minute walk from Victoria Park, 5 minute walk from Broadway Market. There's a LOT of buses around to Dalston, Stratford, Hackney Wick, Oxford Circus, Victoria & more. Lidl is about a 1 minute walk away, there's a gym opposite our apartment, plus a ton of Asian supermarkets, organic East London delis, bakeries and other local places around too.

US
You’ll be sharing with Tom (30) and JC (25). They’re both very clean and big on open communication. They are pretty outgoing and often keen for a chat in the flat, going to the pub, a club/rave adventure or simply a few drinks in the park on a sunny day. JC and Tom enjoy DJing & Chess, and Tom is also learning how to produce electronic music atm. We have a cute collection of plants too!
