3 months sub-let in Hackney (Zone 2)

We have a comfortable, furnished room available from 1st March until end of May.

The room is fully furnished, with a comfortable kingsize bed, built in cupboards, desk & chair, sofa, bedside table, chest of drawers.

It would suit someone looking for a quiet, peaceful environment. We would like to find someone who is friendly, kind and considerate.

It is not a party house. Everyone values their sleep here.

You would be sharing with 3 great guys. Two students and a nurse. The room would be best suited for a guy, as we have one large bathroom.

The large kitchen/diner is our communal space. We also have a private, peaceful garden.

Our main consideration with a new housemate, is that they leave the kitchen clean and tidy after preparing food. This has worked well for us and made communal living more harmonious.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 fridge freezers, 2 ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry area with a dryer and washing machine. Washing can be hung outdoors or on our Victorian airer also, if you want to be environmentally friendly.

All bills are included: Weekly Cleaner; Broadband; Electricity; Gas; TV license; Council Tax; Water.

The house has all safety checks: Gas, Electric, Energy, HMO license. These are on display in the kitchen.

The location is ideal. It is close to bus and overground routes. The street itself is tranquil yet in the heart of Hackney/Clapton. There are several shops within walking distance, parks at the bottom of the road, the River Lea, ice skating and several cinemas nearby.
