3 months sub-let in Hackney -(Zone 2)

We have a comfortable, furnished room available from 20th Dec. as our housemate has gone travelling.

He returns late March. Ideally, we are looking for someone for 3 months.

The room is fully furnished, with a wonderfully comfortable kingsize bed, built in cupboards, desk & chair, sofa, bedside table, chest of drawers.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a somewhere quiet and peaceful. Someone who is friendly, kind and considerate. It is not a party house. Everyone values their sleep here.

You would be sharing with 3 great guys. Two students and a nurse. It is best suited for a guy as we have one large bathroom with a shower and bath.

It is a chilled house where everyone is considerate and enjoys a chat. The large kitchen/diner is our communal space. As is the private, peaceful garden.

Our main consideration is that the kitchen is left clean and tidy after preparing food. This has worked well for communal living.

The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge freezers, 2 ovens, hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry area with a dryer and washing machine. Washing can be hung outdoors or on our Victorian airer.

All bills are included: Weekly Cleaner; Broadband; Electricity; Gas; TV license; Council Tax; Water.

The house has all safety checks: Gas, Electric, Energy, HMO license and are on display,

The location is ideal, close to bus and overground routes. The street itself is tranquil yet in the heart of Hackney/Clapton.
