As shown on the map, we’re perfectly located at the epicentre of East London, right between, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, Hackney Central, London Fields, Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Park etc.

Seriously fast Wifi (250-350mbps), council tax (band D), gas, electricity, water & general maintenance, & bi-weekly cleaner

💸Living Room:
A tropical, artsy, bohemian vibe with a feng shui that’s off the charts - great for socialising after a big day and hosting the odd dinner party.

🍳Kitchen:
Use of all utensils and equipment (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer etc), lots of cupboard space and frequent communal meals (if you’re into that sort of thing).

🪴Garden:
During the warmer months we’re big fans of BBQs and having friends over. There’s a shed for storing gardening bits and plenty of plants.

🚽Bathrooms:
There are 2 toilets and 1 bath/shower (these operate as you’d expect, not much to say here…).

💃🕺Who We Are:
We’re 3 easy-going 22-30-year-olds who love living in Hackney. We’re full of energy and creativity and fill our time with working full-time in the retail/design/e-commerce space, cooking, keeping fit and seeing friends and family.

🔍What We Want:
The room is available from the 1st of May - 1st of August. We’re seeking a reliable, clean, and trustworthy housemate who respect the home and help create a positive atmosphere. They’d also work at least 4 days ‘in the office’ and pay bills on time. You'll fit right in if you're responsible, considerate, and up for a laugh.
