Hi there!
Our housemate is moving out to go travelling, which means a double bedroom will be available in our 4-bed, 1.5-bathroom house in Homerton.

About the house
The house is less than a 10-minute walk from Homerton Overground Station, Hackney Marshes, and Chatsworth Road (which has a lovely community cinema—The Castle—great cafés, and a Sunday market). Victoria Park is just a 15-minute walk away.

You’d be living with three flatmates from different countries, aged between 32 and 36. We all have our own lives that keep us busy, but we enjoy socialising together. We all contribute to making the house feel like a home, including sharing the responsibility of keeping it tidy.

About the room
The available room is one of the two smallest (and the price reflects that). It comes part-furnished.

The rent
Rent is currently £880 per month, including all bills (cleaner, TV licence, internet, council tax, and water), except for energy, which is added monthly based on usage.
The security deposit is £877.

About you
We’re looking for a male (to keep the balance) of a similar age and mindset who’s interested in staying long-term.
