Double room with private bathroom

Hi! I’m renting out a furnished double room in my Victorian terraced house in Hackney. It has its own private bathroom, plenty of storage, and it’s next to a second living room that’s rarely used by anyone else so it feels quite private and independent. It also has its own door to the garden (nothing fancy, but a nice bonus for fresh air or a morning coffee). It’s fully equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, coffee machine, pots, pans, etc).

The house is in a lovely, quiet, and tree-lined street just a 3-min walk from Hackney Downs station and an 8-min walk from Hackney Central, peaceful but very well connected. Also only a 10-min walk to London Fields.

A bit about me: I’m a service designer working in government digital services. London is busy so the house is set up as a calm and clean space to relax and recharge. There’s plenty of space so we probably wont see each other all the time but always happy to say hello and have a chat, while respecting people’s space and independence.

The room will be free from September 6th for 2-9 months (lots of flexibility on end date). The total bills are £200 and cover water, electricity, gas, TV license, council tax, and very good internet. Any questions just send me a message!
