Room with Private Bathroom in Hackney – Short let

I’m renting out a furnished double room in my Victorian terraced house in Hackney. It has its own private bathroom and is next to a living room that’s rarely used by anyone else so it feels quite private and independent. It also has its own door to the garden (nothing fancy, but a nice bonus for fresh air or a morning coffee). It’s fully equipped with everything you need (bedding, towels, coffee machine, pots, pans, etc).

The house is in a quiet and tree-lined street just a 3 minute walk from Hackney Downs station and an 8 min walk from Hackney Central, peaceful but very well connected.

Available from June 26th for up to three months initially. Bills are £200 (water, electricity, gas, tv license, very good internet).

A bit about me: I’m a service designer working in government digital services. Originally from Mexico but I’ve lived in London for 15 years. I keep the house as a clean and calm space, and I’m always happy to have a chat or share local tips, while also respecting people’s space and independence.
