We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our bright, spacious 3 bed flat in prime Hackney location - just around the corner from Mare Street Market, Vicky Park and London Fields.

You're in walking distance of some fab pubs, brunch spots and parks, with loads of bus routes nearby. It’s a 15 min walk to Hackney overground and Bethnal Green underground stations. Plus there’s plenty bike storage in the basement.

The flat is a bit of a gem… big open plan living space with loads of natural light, a huge south-facing balcony window, and plenty of room to cook, eat and host. The kitchen’s well equipped too! Very warm and easy going vibe.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We're both pretty independent during the week (one hybrid, one office based), but love hanging out in the evenings… cooking, watching films, the occasional gig or pub trip. We’re looking for someone chilled, social and respectful, ideally on a similar Monday to Friday working rhythm.

The room is unfurnished, but the current housemate is happy to leave some furnature upon request (wardrobe and bedside cabinet).
