A charming red-brick semi with a sunny garden and plenty of communal space. The house has a big kitchen (with all the usual bits, plus space to cook together), a cosy shared living/dining area with big bay windows, and a peaceful back garden with a palm tree. There are two bathrooms shared but spacious and bright.

A VERY large Queen room with great new furniture.
📍 Location:
Hackney E9, tucked away on a quiet street, close to green spaces and great coffee shops. London Fields station is ~5–10 minutes’ walk.
💁♀️💁♂️ Flatmates:
Two females and one male working in sustainability, film and data. Very sociable, respectful and kind group that finds a good balance between being there for each others/ hanging out and giving space for solo time
Bills: around 200 pp a month including a cleaner that comes fortnightly
