Hi everyone :)

Sadly my friend is moving out from our beautiful flat / penthouse so we are looking for 1 new flatmates (girls only) to move in :)

THE FLAT:

The flat it's really beautiful with a massive balcony and amazing view of London (South Facing) just 5 mins from Broadway Market/London Fields, 10 mins from Victoria park.
LGBTQ+ friendly. There is a very large living space, 2 bathrooms and a big balcony.

ROOM (double): £1160

This flat feels like home to us, and we are looking for someone who’s after the same - not just a place to crash. I’d love to live with friendly, tidy people who enjoy good music, shared meals now and then, and a nice glass of wine. I’m a social person who enjoys playing music in the living room, baking, watching movies, going to exhibitions, surfing etc - all the classic stuff.
Important: This isn’t a party house.

A bit about us:

Laura: I’m 33, originally from Italy, and have lived in London for 12 years. I work in tech and love heading to the beach whenever I can. I’d love to live with someone who, like me, enjoys sharing olive oil, good laughs, and a relaxed, friendly home. 😊

Busra: (33), moved last year and we become good friends. Originally from Turkey, she works in privacy law and she’s friendly, sociable, and brings great vibes to the flat. We enjoy the occasional aperitivo on the balcony, a good catch-up, and good laughs, but we also value each other’s space and independence.
