Double room is available in our 4 bedroom warehouse conversion just off Mare Street.

There is no shared living area. Double will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others.

The rooms are unfurnished.

We are looking for people who wants to make the place a proper home and maintain a super chill calm environment.

Unfortunately no couples! And must be professionals.

Bills work out approx £60-£120 a month depending on season.

There will be deposits for the room which is 5 weeks rent - can confirm exact amounts with agent. First payment being 1 month rent + 5 weeks deposit.

Agency requires to do professional referencing which includes you providing a copy of your passport, previous landlord reference, work reference, last 3 months of bank statements, and a uk guarantor. Please only message if you can provide these documents as referencing needs to be completed asap.

About us -
We are 3 queer men in our 30s working various industries. We all have work from home days but all usually at the office but usually busy on weekday eves with gym, classes, dinners, socialising with friends etc and at the weekends we can either all be in or out gallivanting.
