Short Term Let - Nr Victoria Park & London Fields

Our lovely flatmate is moving out to due to relocating back home, so initially this will be is a sublet with potential to take on the lease when it renews.

Its a lovely double room available in a three-bedroom flat in Homerton, close to well street with lots of local shops, cafes etc and conveniently close walking distance to London Fields and Victoria Park.

The flat itself is in a new build. It has lift/stair access and is spacious and bright. There's a huge balcony as well as access to a communal rooftop terrace - both get direct sunlight all day and are amazing for summer!

Room part furnished with a chest of drawers and a bed. You'll be sharing a large bathroom with just one other person.

Bills are approximately £100-£110 per month which cover gas, electricity, WiFi, internet, council tax.

About the current household - We’re Fatima and Ayesha, both work in professional jobs. We’re super friendly and sociable. As most do, we enjoy the usual pleasures in life and often go to gigs/festivals/exhibitions, we like to have friends over for dinner and enjoy hanging in pubs, exploring new restaurants around Hackney and London, drinking nice wine and often travelling!

We’re looking for a someone like minded to move in, ideally someone who has their own life but also wants to be friends and hang out occasionally. Also looking for someone that's neat, clean, and considerate, who treats the flat with care and respects shared spaces. :)

The room can be available earlier if needed.
