Greetings! I am the tenant of a lovely and light 2-bed upper level maisonette on Clapton Square in Hackney. I have one double bedroom available to let in this very good sized ex-council flat.

The room on offer has a king bed (American Queen), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and shelf.

As an ex-Council flat, it's spacious compared to what they build these days! There's a completely separate kitchen with washing machine and breakfast bar area, and a bright and pleasant lounge/diner that overlooks Clapton Square with a balcony big enough for one. The flat has ultra fast unlimited fibre broadband and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. ALL of the bills are included in the rent.

The flat block is small with only 11 units total. There is a large private locked bike storage shed at the ground floor which is handy for your bike or other storage. The paved back yard is communal and you can use it for a barbecue or whatever you like. The neighbours are very nice, and quiet.

As I'm sure you know, the location is superb! Overlooking Clapton Square, all of Hackney's amenities are just around the corner. Very quick access via bus or train to Central London.

About me: I’m a professional guy who lives in the other double room full-time. I keep the flat generally clean and tidy and would prefer to live with someone who likes it the same! I’m friendly, social, and outgoing.
