SUBLET: 2-3 month sublet in creative warehouse 5 min from Broadway Market.

Hey :) I’m looking to sublet my room for a few months (flexible dates) from late April to end June/early July.
The place is a beautiful creative warehouse with other 3 lovely people in their mid 20s/early 30s.
Rent is 1125 pcm, bills come to 100/mo
Location is Hackney Road 2-min walk away from Cambridge Heath station, 5 min Broadway Market, 2 min walk from canal 🍃
Happy to also let you borrow my bike if obvs well looked after !
You’d be living with Nele (30) jeweller, April (27) artist and curator, Laurie (25) chef, actor, model, music and all in between.
We love using the space as a creative hub and have a little workshop area we use as a paint, jewllery, shoots studio/coworking and where Nele hosts her monthly jewellery making workshops !!
Also have a huge rooftop that is only ours and use for bbqs, shoots, etc.
It would be an ideal space for someone creative that wants to make the most of the space ✨
We all get on really well and like to keep the place tidy and homely, have a bi weekly cleaner and all the basics, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, etc
Room comes furnished but have plenty of storage if needed and will make space in the room to put your stuff ofc

About you:
Ideally someone like minded, respectful, 25-35, and tidy, it is a big space and we all like keeping it cosy and homely. We are not a party house but like hosting friends every now and then, always making sure all are ok with it x
