Double room for 1 month sublet London Fields

Large fully furnished double room for sublet in London Fields in a 2 bed flat.

The location is a 5 min walk to London Fields, Lidl and various amenities and cafes/restaurants. Also a 12 min walk to Hackney Central.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself and my partner Nic. I work in the fashion industry and Nic works in audio.

We’re a vegetarian household so we would ask you to also be veggie/vegan or can refrain from cooking meat in the flat.

Looking for a friendly person that’s respectful and clean. We’re not a party flat so if you’re looking for a cozy space to feel homely this place is for you.

The monthly price for the sublet is £1200 which includes all bills - wifi, heating, electricity, water + council tax. No couples sorry!

The room is available for the month of September (can potentially move in anytime from the 24th August in which we would adjust the rent price accordingly).
