Looking for someone to sublet my room from August 26 until end of September 26 (2 months) , with potential room to extend into October.
The room is gorgeous & cosy. Backs directly onto the garden where we have a corner sofa and bbq to enjoy. Furniture will be staying but the cupboards will be cleared for space to hang clothing. If there’s any other requests on furniture just lmk. Flat comes with everything you will need to live. Kitchen, shared living room, dishwasher, dryers ect.
Rent £960, bills £125 (roughly)
Deposit of £1000 to secure for any damages which will be returned on leaving.
Looking for someone that is easy going, very tidy, that doesn’t work from home and someone that has a calm energy within the house.
There are two girls living here already so someone that can fit into that will be great.
