I have a room available in a beautiful flat just off Mare Street, walking distance from Hackney Central & Hackney Downs overground stations (direct access to Liverpool Street and Highbury & Islington).
The flat: four bedrooms and the room available is furnished with a double bed, storage, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk and chair, with a shared bathroom (with one other person).
The flatmates: You will be living with 3 lovely young women (late 20s/early 30s) - everyone is very friendly and welcoming where we equally like to hang out in the living room as well as do our own thing!
This is a short term sublet - available Friday 31 July to Monday 31 August - can be flexible around these dates (happy for a partial stay as well).
Rent for the full month including all bills is £1100 (including council tax, power, internet, water etc.).
