Council tax (band b), water, fibre broadband, gas and electricity bills will be in my name and I will recharge monthly. Edit - Hackney Council has changed their policy on landlords recharging for council tax so tenants are best to register for this themselves. These bills come to £225-£275 depending on usage and includes council tax. If you are a student you can reduce council tax to £0 by registering for the discount - this cuts the bills in half.
