I’m renting out a gorgeous double bedroom in a beautiful flat on the canal right at the bottom of Broadway Market, moments from London Fields.

It’s a really special home that I’ve put a lot of love into creating, and I’m looking for someone who’d enjoy and respect the space as much as I do.

The duplex flat is split over two floors and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a separate downstairs WC, so there’s plenty of space and privacy.

The room is spacious and bright and comes with its own private bathroom (not en-suite but literally one step from the bedroom) with a large shower-bath. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you. Furnished would include a king-size bed, double wardrobes, and a desk.

The flat itself has everything you’d need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and super-fast broadband. We also have a bi-weekly cleaner to keep everything looking its best.

The location is amazing - right on the canal at Broadway Market and London Fields, with loads of great cafés, restaurants, and green space nearby.

About me
I work in communications and have a hybrid schedule, although I tend to go into the office most days as it’s only a 25-minute walk away. My partner also lives here, but he’s a musician and will be travelling for most of the next 8 months, so it will mainly just be me around.

I love good food, cooking, and wholesome activities, and I enjoy creating a calm, welcoming home environment.

I keep the flat very clean and well looked after, so I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and considerate. It would be great to live with someone friendly who enjoys a relaxed home atmosphere while also appreciating their own space.
