Cozy room in Hackney central

Room available as old flatmate is sadly leaving us.

The flat is a 4 bed ex council flat in a block just north of lk son fields. All neighbors are lovely and the garden out back is a particular highlight.

Looking for someone chill, nice, and respectful to fit in to the flat. Everyone has their own things going on but we like to hang out every now and then.

Would be a great for for someone mellow who likes a bit of outdoors, a bit of city life, and a bit of cosyness.

You'd be sharing with three very friendly creative housemates working in tech, hospitality, and in art curation, who are usually down for a chinwag around the flat.

Sadly there's no living room, but the largest room with the balcony is usually open to use also to get through to the balcony.

Lovely location for access to parks, cafes, swimming, bars, and restaurants/cafes
