Hello! We’re looking to welcome two new flatmates (professionals, aged 28–40) to join our lovely townhouse right by Regent’s Canal in Haggerston. Unfortunately, we’re not considering short-term lets.

Our home is a spacious townhouse set across four floors, with:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
- All common areas are fully furnished
- A large, bright living room
- Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher)
- Patio and a rooftop terrace (perfect for sunny days)
- Bike storage
- Personal hanging closet for each room (located just outside in the hallway)

The Rooms
The available rooms are on the middle floor and share a bathroom. The rooms are unfurnished, though the previous tenants will be selling some furniture.

Room 1:
- Rent: £1035 pcm (per room)
- Bills: approx. £100–£150 pcm
- Deposit: £883
- Available: Late May (flexible)
- You’ll be joining the lease (references required)

Room 2:
- Rent: £1076 pcm (per room)
- Bills: approx. £100–£150 pcm
- Deposit: £894
- Available: Early July (flexible)
- You’ll be joining the lease (references required)

The house is in an amazing spot:
- Under 5 minutes’ walk to Haggerston Overground
- 2 minutes to Regent’s Canal
- 10 minutes to Broadway Market & London Fields
- 15–20 minutes to Shoreditch

About Us
You’ll be living with two professionals in their early 30s working in property and finance. We’re a relaxed, tidy, and sociable household who genuinely enjoy living together.
We have busy lives and travel regularly, but also like to spend time as a house—whether that’s watching films, going for drinks, or checking out live music. Friends and guests are always welcome. We take pride in keeping the house clean and have a fortnightly cleaner.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re open to either:
- A couple renting both rooms (as a bedroom + study), or
- Two individuals renting one room each

We’re looking for someone (or a couple) who is:
- Sociable and easy-going
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces
- Happy to contribute to a positive, friendly home environment
