Double room with own bathroom in Clapton

Hi there! Our housemate of three years has sadly moved back to Australia, so now we are on the hunt for someone to take over her room. We are a couple, Alasdair and Nicola, who have lived in London for the past four years. Our two bed, two bathroom flat is well located between Clapton and Rectory Road overground, making it easy to enjoy all the shops / cafes in Lower Clapton and Stoke Newington.

Nicola works in fundraising and Alasdair works in education, and we enjoy watching movies, reading, going out for coffee, cooking, and hosting people for dinner. We are looking for someone around our age with similar interests who is looking to make friends with the people they live with.

Ideally, we are hoping to find someone who can sign on to the lease. The bills include internet, electricity, water, and council tax (Band C), and are around £100 per month.
