Double room in Hackney Downs

Hello!
Sadly one of our lovely flatmates is moving out at the end of June, we are looking for a clean, fun, respectful professional who is looking for a place to call home.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the property so you will only be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person. The current flatmate is happy to sell you some of the furniture at a small price. There is a separate living room, kitchen, and a lovely sunny garden.
The house is beautiful, quiet, tucked away near Hackney Downs park. It’s an excellent location with amenities close by.
About us, we are 2 working professionals in our late twenties / early thirties. Some hobbies include football, dancing, running, and generally enjoying Hackney. We love to chat in the kitchen, would love someone who would be open to grabbing a coffee / occasionally having a dinner together.
