Hi everyone! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to join our amazing Cambridge Heath flat that we've been lucky enough to live in for the past four years.

🏡 The Flat:

Super light and warm, with a gorgeous vibrant living room area with floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony. It is on the top floor of a small and secure building with lovely, quiet and friendly residents.

Perfect location 5 minute walk from Cambridge Heath overground and 10 minute walk from both London Fields and Bethnal green. The flat is tucked away off the main road making it very calm. Victoria Park is a literal stones throw away!

🛏 The Room:

Fully-furnished double room with private bathroom (not en-suite).

South-facing window - the room is warm all-year round.

👋 About us: We are Dom and Callen, a 28 year-old engineer and a 24 year-old motion designer. We have lived here since 2022 and have fallen in love with it. Now we have a spare room and can't wait to welcome someone else into our home. We are relaxed and sociable - we love enjoying the local area as a flat but are also respectful of people's personal space and need for time to themselves.

✨ Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate who loves this area of London as much as we do. We're open to all backgrounds and professions. We can't accommodate a couple.

💷 £1085 rent + c. £150 bills pm.
