Hi there! I'm subletting a small bedroom for single person use only. £650 monthly (all bills included!). You'd be sharing the bathroom with a professional in her 40s, and kitchen with also my son (9yo) and I, in my 30s.
The flat is in a great location, 5min walk from Dalston Kingsland Station. Length of stay is flexible, preferably 2/3 months with possibility to extend.
The room is quite small. OPEN TO MONDAY-FRIDAY arrangements! with potential reduction in rent, or £650 per month including cleaning, bed sheets, and towels.
The flat is gorgeous and the location is great. Us, the flatmates, are chill and busy with our own things to do between work, school and social life. There's lots of freedom in the house, but I wouldn't say it's a party house.
We also have a back garden you’re very welcome to use for planting and gardening if you have a green thumb!
