Short term for summer in lovely Hackney house

Hi all!

I am looking for someone to take my room this summer in July/August in our lovely home in Hackney.

We have a three-floor house with 4x bedrooms 2x bathrooms, living room, separate kitchen and a little back garden perfect for summer (our recent acquisition is a small pool for the hot days!!). The house is super cosy and homely with lots of arts and plants, and we are looking for someone clean and respectful who will take care of it as much as we do.

Flatmates are Lisa (30yo French), Ben (26yo Aussie) and Callum (33yo Brit) all super easy going and open minded. We have a very friendly and community-driven flatshare and would love someone who fits right in! Also note that all of us are going away/sub letting during the summer months, so you will likely overlap with other subletters (cherry picked from Spareroom x).

My room is top floor, spacious with a desk and you will share the bathroom only with Lisa (on the girls floor!).

Location is perfect East London mix all 10min to London Fields / Victoria Park / Hackney Central.

I will be away 01-20 Jul and 02-16 Aug and flexible about times. Rent is £1250/month with bills and cleaner included so make it to £40/night.
