The flat has a spacious shared living room with TV, a decent-sized kitchen with enough space for two people to cook comfortably, a washing machine, one shared bathroom and a separate WC. The building also has lift access.

All bills are included in the rent, including council tax, water, heating, electricity and WiFi.

I work in the office five days a week, so the flat is usually quiet during the day - ideal if you work from home.

I’m sociable and always up for sharing a meal or heading to the pub now and then. I also value personal space and downtime, so the flat has a relaxed and respectful vibe.

Visitor parking is included, with the option to arrange a permanent parking space if needed. I also keep my bike outside without any issues.

Location-wise, the flat is a five-minute walk from both Hackney Downs railway station and Hackney Central railway station, with quick links into the city (Liverpool Street station is around 15 minutes away on the Weaver Line). London Fields is also just two stops away.

Right on the edge of Upper Clapton, the area has loads of great cafés, shops, weekend markets and plenty of green spaces nearby. There’s also a big Tesco, Co-op, and Waitrose all within a 10-minute walk.
