4 weeks sublet mid-July

Sublet 3-4 weeks July-August En-suite room:
I’m going away on summer holidays, so my huge and bright en-suite room becomes available for a 4 weeks sublet from the 15th of July (flexible on dates). You’ll have a bedroom area, an area with a desk as well as your own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room will be fully furnished. I absolutely love this room and I am sure you will be too!

Room and house: The room is on top of a beautiful Victorian house, it feels very quiet and private and you have a great view to all sides, the street and on our little garden and even on London’s skyline. It get’s a bit warmer in summer but as there are 7 windows, you can really get a good air draft in the evenings, and the blinds are really helpful as well. We have a nice and big kitchen with a dining table, a beautiful living room and our own little garden, my favourite place of the house.

Location: I couldn’t imagine a better location in Hackney. We are on a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours, a community garden and just around the corner is Daubeney fields Park, the canal, as well as Hackney Marshes. You’ll also find a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and the Castle Cinema on Chatsworth Road you’ll reach within 10-12 minutes as well as Homerton Overground Station.
Flatmates and vibe: You will be living with two other women, a cat and we are currently searching for a new fourth flatmate.

We would appreciate a friendly person that fits to our vibe of the house. We are not a party house and value a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, however, we all love having a chat in the kitchen and occasionally have dinner or breakfast together. We would really much appreciate a respectful and clean person that cares about the common spaces as well as about the room. One of us is already working from home full-time, so you would ideally not be wfh every day. Our age range is 30-45.
