Double in Friendly House share in Homerton!

Hi Everyone,

Putting my room up for rent after living here for 4 years as I'm moving out of London. Very sad to be leaving this house and the wonderful people in it 😢

The House & Room:
The house is on the high street and is a 7 min walk so feels quite safe coming home in the evening. The room is a double and is situated at the back of the house so away from the noise from the high street, but generally it's fairly quiet outside after around 10pm.
Room is unfurnished, so you can put your own stamp on it. I'm taking the bed and ottoman but open to coming to an agreement for the wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The Housemates:
This is truly a wonderful bunch you'll be living with. We're a friendly, relaxed house who enjoy a pint or a night in watching reality TV, but also have separate social lives and our own things going on.

Brodie works in urban community development, is super chill and loves going for a swim at Shadwell Basin. Rachel works in guest experience, is a DIY queen and has a gorgeous cat named Spooky who spends most of the year with us. Benni works in education, loves to socialise and cooks amazing Italian food! Everyone is in their late 20s - 30s so would be looking for someone in a similar age range.

Rent is 845, bills comes to around £100 which includes all utilities. Landlord/letting agent is pretty chill but is responsive to issues.

Room is available from 26th/27th June.
