Double bedroom available in London Fields

Double bedroom available in London Fields from July 9th onwards.

You’ll be sharing with 3 others (aged 28-29), 2 boys 1 girl - who have lived in the flat around 4 years - an English teacher, PHD student and I work for a charity and am about to start a doctorate.
We’ve known each other for ~7 years, and are 1 couple and a friend.

The flat is open plan, with lots of light, and right next to London fields / Victoria park. Also v close to Lidl. Bills work out to ~£105 each a month.

This is a long term let, so we’re looking for someone who needs somewhere for 6 months +

Our ideal flatmate is a gentle person, who might want to watch a film, go for a pint and chat/ hangout but also has their own lives.
Must have a stable income, ideally is between 25-35. We enjoy going out maybe once a month - but this isn’t a party flat, and we don’t bring the party home.

We want a chill flatmate who is easy going and nice 😊
