The room also comes with landing area just outside the room which could be used as a desk area for working from home :) The house comes with a garden area. Separate living room to kitchen, large house with plenty of privacy, a large bathroom with shower and bath and separate downstairs toilet.
Three girls are professionals working in teaching, NHS management and consulting and are really friendly, open and clean! One has lived here for 6 years, another 2.5 and another just over a year. I've had the best three years living here!
The rent is £940 and the bills are just over £100.
