Massive room in Hackney

My flatmate is moving abroad, so we are looking for the right person to take his room. It is a massive double room in a 2 bedroom flat and 1 bathroom. The room is the master room and it is as big as the living room. It is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a mattress recently changed, a huge closet, and a desktop and chair.

There is also a balcony to enjoy whenever the weather is suitable. There is a full-equiped kitchen with literally everything you would ever need to cook.

The entire flat has been renovated a couple of months ago and most of the appliances are also new.

The flat is located 10 min from Hackney Central Station and 8 min from Homerton Overground. It is a very quiet and friendly building. We have very nice coffee shops in the area, also cool pubs. If you like parks, we are very close to Victoria Park and London Fields and the canal. If you cycle it is a 20 min cycle to the city, 8 min cycle to de Beauvoir town and 15 min cycle to Angel. We have a tesco supermarket very near, also sainsbury, M&S, co-op and little convenience store in the corner. We have Homerton Hospital really close and nice restaurants and cinema to a walking distance. Honestly, the flat is very good located!

You will share the flat with me, a female creative, working in the music industry, most of the time from home. It is a very chilled place, not a party flat but keen to share social life. I am very organised person and respectful of space and time, so I expect the same from a flatmate. Nice energy and kindness are essential.

The landlord lives abroad but he is brilliant and very attentive to all the needs in the flat. The flat is in the first floor and all the windows are isolated, so during the winter we don´t turn the heaters on.

Bills are not included, and are split evenly. It is around 80-90 per month including TV license and sky TV and streaming services, and council tax is around 90 per month. Also, we have a fortnightly cleaner (she is amazing!!)
