My housemate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her room!

Monthly Rent: £1395 (with utilities and council tax it comes out to about ~£1600)

The room is incredibly spacious and includes:

The flat itself is a newer build, 2-bed 1-bath, with a massive patio with lots of natural light. We are a 10-15 minute walk from London Fields/Broadway Market, with several grocery stores nearby (Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, M&S).

It’s incredibly well-located with great commuter connections into Central London:

🚉 2 minute walk to Hackney Downs Overground; 7 minute walk to Hackney Central Overground

🚌 2 minute walk to nearest bus station, but there are several within a 7 minute walk

You’d be living with me 🙂 I am a 28 year old American (half Nepalese) from Washington D. C. and have been in London for a year and a half! I work retail full-time at the moment and on my days off I love walking around the city and cafe hopping 🍵 LGBTQ+ friendly household
