🔎 We’re looking for
A third roomie to join our home in Hackney as soon as possible, from 20th June. We'd love someone around our age (late 20s/early 30s) who is genuine, open-minded and easygoing. Someone who'll fit into a warm, social household, enjoy a drink at the local pub, and equally love a quiet night in on the couch! Tidiness and respect for shared spaces matter a lot to us and we want the house to feel like a comfortable and peaceful space for everyone - we’re both new to London so are looking to make this a home, not just a share house 🥲

🏡 The property
A beautiful, freshly renovated contemporary 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom townhouse - completely new and impeccably clean. There’s a light-filled living room with a large balcony, a front court-yard area, and a separate spacious kitchen on the ground floor.

🏠 The room
is a gorgeous bright double bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom on that level. It’s the only bedroom on that level, along with the living room. The room is unfurnished so you can make it completely your own and the bathroom will be just yours!

🤗 The Roomies
Emma (31, Spanish/Australian) and Chloe (32, Australian). We’re super friendly and sociable but also enjoy our own time. We’ll be spending our weekends pottering around Hackney’s markets, visiting the city farm, having a drink at the local pub, or a cosy night in.

Emma works full-time in climate change TV & film. She is a very chill, calm, thoughtful person who enjoys travel, yoga, mooching around in nature and is deeply interested in social justice.

Chloe works from home part-time in event management. She is an optimistic energiser-bunny who loves connecting with people through interesting conversations, traveling, listening to music, reading and journaling.
