Double room in E8 - Haggerston (with own bathroom)

Hi! I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out of our 2 bedroom apartment in July (move in date will be 24th July)

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. You would also have your own very spacious bathroom (with a bath/shower). I have an en-suite and your bathroom would be across the hall from your bedroom.

The apartment is super light, with floor to ceiling windows, and has a balcony. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There is a separate little closet in the hallway with a washing machine.

I think the best part of this apartment is the amazing location. We are based in Haggerston, with less than a 5 min walk to Haggerston station. The the canal is super close and London Fields + Dalston are short walks.

You would be living with me. I'm a 34 kiwi and I work in procurement for a museum in London. I work mostly from home during the week. I enjoy pottery, yoga, galleries/museums, car boots and going for the odd pint.

This isn't a party flat and I would like it to stay like that. I'm looking for someone who has their own thing going on but also wouldn't mind having odd chat/possibly dinner etc.
