We are looking for a female duo to fill two large double rooms in our Hackney flat.
Move in week of 20th July.

Room 1 (bigger) 1050/month
Room 2: 950/month
Bills generally come to £100pp each month (plus £85pp every 6 months for water). Hackney Council Band C.

Viewings - planning for week beginning 29 June.

Amazing location - <10 min walk to London Fields, 20 min walk to Victoria Park.

Really good bus connections as well to Victoria, Euston, Oxford Circus etc

The flat is over two floors, has a large living room, separate kitchen, 2 toilets and a separate shower. Plus a garden!

Both rooms are furnished with a bed, shelves and wardrobe (but if you have furniture you want to bring in, our landlord is happy to put existing furniture in storage).

You’d be living with Mia - a 28 yr old jeweller and social media manager. She is often in the studio making rings or spending time at her partner’s, so you will have the flat to yourselves a lot of the time!

We are looking for a female duo between 26 - 35 who are looking to move in long-term (1 year min) and to make our flat their home.
